Any representation by others that a similar or like product with the same features, functions or model number advertised or available for sale by the Spectral Dynamics USA or an affiliate of Spectral Dynamics is an unauthorized representation by such parties. We request that all parties involved in the branding and distribution of the Spectral Dynamics product under the model number 4511, cease and desist immediately. We also request that if any individual or company has knowledge of such activity that they confide these details to Spectral Dynamics at once so this activity can be halted at once.
